The product is hermetically-sealed and provided in axial-leaded and module configurations. KYOCERA AVX is qualified to supply DLA 93026 and M39006 wet tantalums for military/aerospace applications, and we offer COTS-Plus and CECC versions for design flexibility. KYOCERA AVX’s wide range of wet tantalum capacitors include also extremely high capacitance (TWD series) and high temperature, up to 230°C (TWA-X series) robust capacitors. Our TWM module range allows for very high capacitance to be provided in a robust board-mountable package.
